About Me
Currently, I am a lead research scientist at the Bosch Center for Artificial Intelligence (BCAI). My main research interests lie in the area of neuro-symbolic AI. More specifically, I am focused on relational representation learning, rule learning and reasoning in knowledge graphs as well as exploitation of symbolic domain knowledge in machine learning models. Prior to joining Bosch I was a senior researcher at Max Planck Institute for Informatics, where I headed a group on Semantic Data. I obtained a PhD in computational logic from Vienna University of Technology (Austria) in 2015, where I worked on the problem of resolving inconsistencies in hybrid knowledge bases.
