DELTA Lab

DELTA Lab

DELTA Lab

A joint lab between Bosch and University of Amsterdam known as DELTA Lab (“Deep Learning Technologies Amsterdam”) was established in April 2017. The lab is led by Prof. Max Welling and performs world-class research to advance the fundamentals of deep learning, with applications in automotive and computer vision.

• Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands

• Activity: Bosch will co-supervise PhD topics; mutual research visits, industry sabbaticals at BCAI and research sabbaticals at DELTA Lab, as well as joint retreats will form the basis for this collaboration.

• Topics: Reinforcement Learning, Bayesian Deep Learning, Data Efficient Deep Learning, Multi-Modal Deep Learning, Generative and Unsupervised Deep Learning, Model Compression, and Adversarial Deep Learning.
